boy, oh boy, oh BOY!

so, i told you if you helped me hit the 1000 view mark on my blog, i'd have something special for you today, and, since my blog is officially over 1000 views as of yesterday, i'm writing you a little something!

but when i said that yesterday, i sure wasn't expecting to have this lovely morsel to share, but, it looks like christmas came early folks!

i'm sure you've heard by now, but, if for some reason you haven't...

okay, so, now that i've made that fantastically wonderful announcement, i want to share with you one of my favorite things, which is also the "something special" i had planned for you in case the milestone of 1000 views actually happened! haha.

do we have any "arrested development" fans out there?!

if you've never heard of it, or never watched it, check out these clips, and you'll certainly want to!

(well, i hope so anyways. and, you should, its literally laugh out loud funny.)

this show is one of the very few i can watch over and over and over again and still find new things to laugh about.

in case you've never seen it, here's a brief synopsis (which, also incidentally happens to be part of the opening credits!)

"...And now the story of a wealthy family who lost everything, and the one son who had no choice but to keep them all together... It's Arrested Development."

so, one of the running jokes in the show is "the chicken dance."

each family member has their own version of what they think "the chicken dance" is.

in the third and final season, we get to see a scene where the father's chicken dance is finally revealed, and a chorus of chicken dances ensue.
